History

Dorchester trained chef/owner Steve Errington and wine-expert wife Jan are respected restaurateurs and hoteliers who retired from running a successful 10 bedroom country hotel in rural Suffolk.

After realising a lifetime ambition to tour the great vineyards of the world, they returned to settle in Ipswich to discover they were not yet ready to retire after all and like so many talented people, they just need to do what they’re good at!
